I’m Andrew Clark, a Denton County Realtor based right here in Argyle. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers across North Texas since 2016, with a particular focus on Argyle, Denton, Flower Mound and the communities throughout southern Denton County.
My approach is pretty simple: give people the information they actually need, tell them the truth about the market, communicate well, and make the process easier to navigate.
Whether you're moving across town, relocating to North Texas, buying your first home or getting ready to sell, my job is to help you make a smart decision — not pressure you into one.
“Know More. Move Smarter” — Andrew Clark, Realtor® (Can I quote myself...?)

Helping North Texas buyers and sellers since 2016.
Consistently recognized among productive real estate professionals in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
Local knowledge of Argyle, Denton, Flower Mound and the surrounding communities.
Digital-first listing strategies built around professional presentation, social media, video and online exposure.
Headlines say one thing. Social media says another. Your neighbor somehow became a housing economist overnight.
I try to make things simpler.
My clients get straightforward advice about what a home is worth, what neighborhoods actually fit their needs, what the market is doing and when it makes sense to move — or when it doesn't.
I believe good representation is less about convincing someone to buy or sell and more about giving them enough clarity to confidently make the right decision.
That means honest conversations, strong negotiation, responsive communication and a strategy built around your actual goals.

Denton County isn't just the area I decided to target on Google.
It's home.
I live in Argyle with my wife and our three kids, and much of my business is concentrated in the communities my family and I experience every day.
That gives me a different perspective when someone asks:
What is it actually like living in Argyle?
How does Flower Mound compare with Denton?
Which communities should we consider if we're relocating here?
What's being built along I-35W?
Which neighborhoods should we put on our list?
Those conversations involve a lot more than bedroom counts and listing prices.
I help clients understand the communities, commute patterns, new construction, neighborhoods, amenities, development and lifestyle differences that can be difficult to figure out from Zillow alone.

The way people discover neighborhoods, search for homes, research agents and market properties has changed too.
My business has evolved with it.
For buyers, that means combining local market knowledge with strong property research, negotiation and a clear strategy for finding the right opportunity.
For sellers, it means doing much more than putting a home in the MLS and hoping someone finds it.
My marketing approach can include professional photography, video, social media, targeted digital exposure, compelling property positioning and a strategy designed around how buyers actually discover homes today.
Technology changes.
Good representation doesn't.
The foundation is still preparation, communication, negotiation and knowing how to protect your client's interests.

Outside of real estate, most of my time is spent with my wife and our three kids here in Denton County.
You'll also occasionally find me on a golf course, creating real estate content, exploring something new around North Texas or convincing myself that whatever house project I've started will only take one Saturday.
I enjoy being part of the community I work in, which is one reason local real estate has become such a large part of my business.
At the end of the day, I want clients to feel like they had someone knowledgeable in their corner — but also someone they could actually call, text and talk to like a normal person.

If you're relocating to North Texas, I can help you understand the different cities, neighborhoods and communities before you ever get on a plane or start touring homes.

From your first conversation through closing, I'll help you understand the market, evaluate homes, negotiate intelligently and avoid making an expensive decision simply because a house looked great online.

Selling well starts before the listing goes live. We'll build a strategy around pricing, presentation, positioning, marketing and negotiation to give your home the strongest possible launch.
Real experiences from people I've helped buy and sell homes throughout North Texas.
What areas do you specialize in?
I work throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, but much of my business is concentrated in Denton County, particularly Argyle, Denton, Flower Mound, Northlake, Lantana and the surrounding communities.
Do you help people relocating to Denton County?
Yes. Relocation has become a major focus of my business. I help buyers compare communities, understand the area, narrow down neighborhoods and create a plan before they begin touring homes.

How long have you been a Realtor?
I've been working in real estate since 2016 and have spent more than a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate the North Texas market.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Absolutely. A large part of my role is helping buyers understand the process before making major decisions. I'll walk through financing, neighborhoods, contracts, inspections, negotiations and the steps leading up to closing.
Do you work with new construction?
Yes. Denton County continues to see substantial new development and new-home construction. I can help buyers compare builders, communities, incentives, resale alternatives and contract considerations.
Why should I use a Realtor if I'm buying a new construction home?
The builder's sales representative works for the builder. Having your own Realtor gives you someone focused on your side of the transaction who can help evaluate the community, builder, incentives, contract, inspections and long-term resale considerations.
What's the best way to get started?
A short conversation is usually the easiest place to begin. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. Tell me what you're considering, your timeline and what questions you have, and we'll determine the next logical step.
You don't need to have the entire plan figured out before reaching out.
Whether you're moving next month, next year or simply trying to understand your options, I'm happy to help you start putting the pieces together.
